I really enjoyed staying here. The room was huge and very comfortable, plenty of hot water in the strong shower, everything was very clean. There was a great choice of food in the breakfast buffet and the option of having eggs cooked to order; there is also a proper coffee machine. I ate a lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious and very good value. There is also a bar open 24/7 open on the premises if you fancy a drink. There is an on-site spa with pool, sauna, etc; it looked very nice but I didn't visit as you need to have a swimming cap if you have long hair. The hotel is not right in the centre, but I don't mind a bit of a walk and it is only a short distance to some of the main sights, bus stop to go over the river to Baiterek, etc. and the airport/train station are a short taxi ride away.

I could sense they are really trying. My mom and her friend loved the facility. They even used the jacuzzi and sauna. They said everyone was super friendly and breakfast was decent. The hotel also serves lunch and my mom said it was good and reasonably priced.
